Shipping Policy

The Riwaz Creations provide warranty for the quality of the Clothes for a period of  months. The warranty term shall commence on the day following the date of signing of the confirmation of the order or on the day following the date of signing of the Handover Protocol pursuant to the customer and was handed over without any minor defects or unfinished work. We undertakes to provide free-of-charge service in the extent defined by the policies for the entire warranty term here under including repairs and transport and costs associated with employing a tailor.

Our customer’s  Personal data is important to us, so our privacy policy informs our customers of our business’s privacy practices and of the choices that our customers make about the way we hold information about them as a website visitor and generally as a part of our business.
Riwaz Creations only collect minimum personal information from the customers which can include addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, bank account details. We may also take other details such as clothing sizes or other service requirements. We usually need this information for legitimate, contractual or organizational purposes to provide our customers with the services that they have requested. We will not use the data for other purpose without the consent of our customers.
We have also put in place  security measures to prevent our customer’s personal data from being illegally authorised which is in accordance with our Data Protection Policy.
